4.      Why are you the best person for the job?

Create a persuasive, focused, and confident sales pitch in your response that explains what you have to offer and why you should be hired. You can prepare a response that matches the interviewer's expectations by reviewing the job listing's qualifications and requirements at this time.

Example to Answer : “I am an independent, self-motivated individual who is willing to go above and beyond on any project and to acquire useful skills on my own time. After reading the sample job interview above, you must have understood a lot about job interview, but there is one thing that must be considered in conducting interviews, etiquette may seem trivial but you shouldn’t underestimate it because it can affect HRD in recruiting you.

4. Etiquette

Your interview manners really do matter. When looking for a job, how you present yourself and interact with others can be very important. The majority of employers will be impressed by the suggestions below.

Tips

 • Greet everyone you come across. When people enter the room or are introduced to you, stand and smile.

• Firmly shake hands: Whoever gives the handshake and how it is done are unaffected by gender. Make sure your thumb and forefinger webbing is connected to the thumb and forefinger webbing of the other person. Maintain direct eye contact with the individual and apply pressure back to them. To keep your right hand free, hold objects such as portfolios or business cards in your left hand.

• Sit straight up. Do not cross your legs or slouch.

Do

• Smile as much as you can, especially when asked a question, but not too much.

• Make eye contact with others. If there are multiple interviewers, look at each individual.

• Be eloquent. Before responding, give each question your full attention and reflect.

Don’t

• Crossing your arms gives the impression of being defensive.

• Lean back in your seat.

• Play with your hair or jewelry, touch your face, or both.

• Sway in your chair.

• Interrupt when a question is asked.

• Unless the question requires a one-word response, provide one-word responses.
